In order to develop our activity and to answer the problems caused by the lack of space, Etraves moved, one year ago, in new premises in Breuil-le-Sec. Built especially to meet the commercial demands, the new spaces have allowed us to positively develop our activity. The employees now have a larger work space that meets safety standards.
More comfort for employees
After several years at the Balagny-sur-Thérain site, a move to a more suitable building became necessary for several reasons. Firstly, the move was to provide better working conditions for employees by meeting quality and environmental criteria. This move allowed us to improve the comfort of our teams. Larger and more ergonomic, the building in Breuil-le-Sec is more suitable.
The new building was designed to provide better safety conditions for employees and for production. In fact, it has optimized productivity and order processing flows. With its 2,500 square meters, the new site meets the company's new expansion objectives with spaces reserved for workshop needs, storage, offices and social areas.
A quick installation
The move to the Breuil-le-Sec site was completed very quickly, in barely a week. The employees were able to make their mark in the different areas reserved for them and the continuity of production was easily ensured and without delay for the customers.
This new site was chosen for its accessibility, more developed than in the premises of Balagny-sur-Thérain. In addition to being much more functional, these new buildings are also much more user-friendly and their strategic location near a major highway has had a positive impact on the company's commercial activity.
A growing business
Thanks to our move, our full service packaging service is growing steadily and the company is expanding.
As part of our packaging activity, we buy all the components necessary to carry out customer orders and generally have an advance stock of about three months. This stock enables us to meet our packaging requirements for small and medium-sized series.
Etraves now has a larger storage area and the large surface area allows us to meet customer demand.
After one year in our new premises in Breuil le Sec, the business is growing and our employees have a larger and more secure working space. Happy employees, a better storage space, a bigger workshop and the development of the activity: objective fulfilled.
