A team with quality-oriented skills
ETRAVES has three packaging workshops in which some thirty professionals work every day. They are directed by workshop managers and team leaders who ensure that the entire production chain runs smoothly according to standards. Each of our production lines is managed by an operator who is responsible for setting up, operating and cleaning the equipment.

Packaged substances
Our production line in ETRAVES deals with various types of products. These are :
- Glues such as epoxy, cyano, neoprene, vinyl
- Lubricants such as grease and oil
- Do-it-yourself products such as sealants, paints, coatings
- Car derivatives as renovators, cleaners, polishes.
Tube workshop
It is one of the main branches of activity of ETRAVES. We provide you with tubes from 13.5 mm to 50 mm with capacities from 5 to 300 ml. Our company offers three types of tubes: aluminum, plastic and laminated. Aluminum tubes are economical, ecological and aesthetic. They make the container watertight and ensure the protection of the contents. This type of tube is intended for the production of industrial substances in solvent phase. Its only defect is its fragility.
To get around this problem, ETRAVES puts it in a blister pack, a case or a box. True to its credo of satisfying customer requirements, we offer you silk-screen printing on your tubes from an order of 500, and offset printing from 10,000. We can even provide you with a special marking for the visually impaired.
Plastic tubes offer many specific heads including single-dose. They are aesthetic, ecological, resistant and exist in white or transparent format. They are used in the production of cleaning products, lubricants and coatings. The third category used by ETRAVES is the laminate. It is the combination of the first two tubes. With its great flexibility, it will give your products a beautiful resistance. For your tube packaging at ETRAVES, you will benefit from a crimping or an ink jet marking, according to your preferences.
Special containers workshop
This workshop takes into account jars, bottles, canisters, bags, cartridges, syringes. We will produce glass bottles from 15 to 250 ml and plastic bottles from 7 ml to 1.5 l. The operator who ensures the production in this workshop will be able to make you several caps such as the spray, the foam tip, the pipette, etc. The Doypack bags, in addition to being ecological, offer large printing surfaces. The cartridges we produce are 310 ml. They are specially designed for greases and sealants and are used with spray dispensers.
Bi-component workshop
This part of the line is mostly concerned with the packaging of different types of glues. ETRAVES produces cartridges and syringes with standard volumes of 50 ml, 120 ml and 400 ml. We offer you the exclusivity of the Sulzer Mixpac two-component cartridges which are more efficient with specific and practical tips. We are also prepared to produce in Semco push syringes and cartridges.
