Our Q-CSR Commitments
OUR GOAL: COMMITTED TO THE FUTURE
Every day, we work to improve our chemical packaging operations to make them safer, cleaner, and more sustainable.
For us, performance isn't measured solely by production. It's also measured by our ability to:
- protect our teams
- reduce our environmental impact
- act in an ethical and responsible manner
Our approach is based on:
a strong commitment to transparency with our customers and partners
a management system compliant with the ISO 9001 standard since 2003
ongoing assessment using the EcoVadis framework since 2021
A culture of continuous improvement

We are committed to:
- Mobilize the resources needed to achieve our goals
- Track relevant performance metrics
- Implement concrete action plans
- Regularly train and educate our teams
Every employee plays an active role in this initiative and contributes, on a daily basis, to the company’s long-term success.
How does Etraves ensure it meets its QRSE commitments?
Delivering uncompromising quality
We maintain strict control over all our processes to ensure that our products are reliable, traceable, and meet the most stringent requirements.
Because our clients' trust is built on our attention to detail.
In 2025, our quality performance rate stands at 99.03%, compared to 98.68% last year
Put safety first
Working with chemicals requires the utmost care.
We are committed to:
- prevent risks
- protect our teams
- ensure a safe work environment
No compromises on safety.
By 2025, 100% of employees will have received safety training. Nearly 40,000 euros will be invested in material handling equipment and improvements to our extraction systems, and more than 23,000 euros will be allocated to safety inspections of equipment and facilities.
Reducing our environmental impact
We are taking concrete action to:
- reduce our waste
- make the most of our resources
- reduce our environmental footprint
Every action counts, even on a small scale.
In 2025, 81 tons of waste, compared to 99 tons the previous year. We have been sorting our waste for several years. Our waste recycling rate stands at 83.09%, exceeding our initial target of 80%. We are implementing an energy consumption monitoring indicator to measure our actions: installation of motion-sensor lights, limiting the use of air conditioning, going paperless (-30% reduction in paper and ink), and 100% of employees trained on environmental issues.
In 2023, we conducted our first carbon footprint assessment. This assessment, based on our emissions for the 2022 calendar year, will serve as our baseline year. We have now analyzed the results and implemented an action plan aimed at reducing our carbon footprint by 10% by 2030.
Taking Action on Climate Change & Biodiversity
We identify climate challenges and biodiversity risks so we can take more effective action
We manage our outdoor spaces in an environmentally friendly way: our sheep graze the lawns, we install beehives, and we plant hedges that encourage nesting. At each site, more than 50% of the land is dedicated to green spaces.
Goal: to put our business on a sustainable path.
Being a responsible company
We stand for:
- respect for everyone, teamwork, and skill development
- equal opportunity and respect for fundamental rights
- ethical practices
