These economical and practical containers are available in many sizes and in different materials, such as plastic, aluminum or laminate. They also have the significant advantage of being mostly recyclable. Their essential qualities of solidity and watertightness make them the ideal receptacles for liquid or pasty substances, such as glues, wood pulp or various non-food greases, for example.
Etraves Tube Conditioner works in partnership with various tube manufacturers and offers a wide range of end caps and plugs adapted to each tube, as well as various accessories to facilitate their use. The tubes can be neutral or printed with your design. Moreover, each packaging has a traceability made by an inkjet marking for aluminum and hot stamping for plastic. This marking indicates the batch number and the use-by date.
The different types of tubes
The aluminum tube
It is an eco-responsible tube that can be recycled, therefore more ecological, but also more economical. Aluminum easily supports Braille markings for the visually impaired. It preserves perfectly the products from humidity.
The aluminum tube intended to contain neoprene glue for example, will be sold in a cardboard packaging or a plastic blister, thus avoiding its crushing during the storage, the delivery or the setting in ray. It can be found in industries, supermarkets, do-it-yourself stores, construction and public works, for the packaging of glues, sealants or MS polymer type adhesives.
The plastic tube
Plastic tubes are becoming more and more eco-responsible as well, and therefore economical and ecological. They are both resistant and practical, as there is a wide range of different and specific end fittings. The tube packer can also adapt a hooking tab (Eurotrou) at the weld, for use in stores. Plastic tubes mainly contain aqueous, semi-aqueous or fatty products, such as coatings, paints, industrial greases and oils or certain household products.
The laminated tube
It is a " hybrid " tube made of alternating layers of plastic and aluminum. This technique adds the advantages of both materials, providing additional protection and strength, while maintaining the flexibility of a single plastic tube.
Like the ones previously mentioned, the laminated tube is aesthetic, economical, can be declined in many formats and can receive different fittings. The " Eurotrou " system is also possible when welding at the base of the tube. Inside this type of tube, oxygen-intolerant products are packaged, such as certain sealants, glues, insecticides and other aggressive substances.
