Etraves is a filling and packaging company. Etraves will pack, i.e. transfer products presented in large containers (200l, IBC, barrels) to smaller containers, whose size varies from 3ml to 30 liters.
Etraves is equipped with a varied and versatile machine park allowing to fill any type of container with the industrial product of your choice, whether it is liquid or very pasty, for a quantity that you define, whether it concerns samples or even large series. The production is adapted to each launch to optimize the cost according to the quantities to be produced.
With 31 years of experience, Etraves guarantees you a professional and quality result. Indeed, the company is certified ISO 9001 since 2003, and completes today its quality management with safety and environmental approaches. Etraves has also been awarded a silver medal by Ecovadis.

Cartridges and syringes
The cartridges are used with a dispenser to apply the product. They exist in two or one component.
Cartridges and bi-component syringes
Intended for the conditioning of glues, the cartridges and syringes of the company Etraves are of an optimal quality. The standard volumes offered are 50ml, 200ml and 400ml. The finishing is to be refined according to your choice: labelling or not, lid, push button, over-packaging for very sensitive products...
Cartridges and syringes for application of a component
The cartridges will be used for greases for precise applications in small quantities and for DIY products such as sealants.
Tubes
Designed to pack glues and other products, the tubes proposed by Etraves have a capacity ranging from 5 to 300ml, (diameter from 13.5 to 50 mm). Several finishes are possible such as a nozzle, a lid, a text or tactile marking for the visually impaired...
Aluminum tubes
They are intended for the conditioning of industrial products such as thinners or sensitive to humidity: neoprene glue, silicone...
Plastic tubes
They are mainly intended to contain lubricants(greases, oils, petroleum jelly), cleaning products (household or car maintenance), coatings, paints or wood pulp.
Laminated tubes
They are designed to contain aggressive and unstable products in the presence of oxygen: sealants, phytosanitary products (anti-insect), glue.
Bottles, cans and bags
Bottles and cans
Theglass bottles offered by Etraves have a capacity of 15 to 250ml. The plastic bottles have a capacity of 7ml to 1.5 liters. They are intended to contain different oils or glues, industrial sealants, resins, cleaning products... Different caps are proposed: brush type, with obturator, foam tip, pipette, cannula...
The cans or jars proposed by Etraves are made of plastic or metal, and have a capacity of between 25ml and 10 liters. They are intended to contain mainly greases, glues and pastes.
The bags
Finally, Etraves also offers packaging in the form of sachets, particularly the Doypack® sachets. Ecological and practical to use, they can contain many products.
Finally, in addition to the standard capacities offered by Etraves, the company can adapt to your needs and requirements. Customized packaging can be considered.
